As a Maintenance Manager, you'll lead our small team on maintenance issues within the hotel, performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating special projects. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintenance issues within the hotel
• Daily maintenance checks
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment
• Good relationships with internal and external customers
• Maintenance of hotel fixtures and fittings
• Implement and manage Lightstay energy conservation program
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
• Health and safety of the hotel
• Monthly safety inspections and employee training
