Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and maintain our services, including broadband and mobile networks
* Diagnose and repair technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices
* Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols
Requirements
* A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
* Comfortable working at heights and outside in all weathers
* Ability to build great relationships with customers
* Organised individual with a customer-focus, motivated to help others
