The role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Physiotherapy team at the Duchy Hospital, based in Truro, Cornwall. As an Receptionist, your duties will include: Physiotherapy Reception Admin support for the Therapists Managing Therapist's appointments and diaries Responsibility for billing, invoicing and payments for the Physiotherapy Department Dealing with Insurance companies Initial pattern of 4 days per week however a flexible approach to hours/days worked is necessary due to evening and weekend clinics.
