Responsibilities:
1. Manage commercial property or public sector property claims from receipt to conclusion.
2. Arrange appointments with loss adjusters or suppliers.
3. Liaise with senior colleagues for any escalations.
4. Review insurer decisions.
5. Continuously update and advise clients and insurers throughout the claims process.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in managing client relationships and challenging insurer decisions.
2. Background in commercial property claims.
3. CII qualification is preferred, but support for further professional development is available.
