They are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Office location is Co Armagh. Manage designated client relationships throughout live projects. Present global market intelligence and identify prospective leads in the theming/experiential industry. Maintain and update the internal business development database. Create and produce sector-specific company portfolios and bid documents. Develop strategic collaborations and partnerships internationally. Foster innovation and adopt new technologies to enhance competitive advantage. Manage the production and prequalification of bid documentation. Assist the Project Director in setting up company site operations overseas. Source suppliers and specialist sub-contractors, preparing packages for pricing. Organise and participate in major trade exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and company promotional events. Coordinate with external partners in the creative process for RFPs. Enhance the Head Office visitor experience. Manage all hospitality arrangements for visitors on-site. The Person: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial, business development, or marketing environment. Third level qualification in a business or creative discipline such as Business Studies, Marketing, Digital Marketing Communication, or equivalent relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Innovative and creative with a good understanding of digital marketing trends and techniques. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work accurately and diligently to agreed timescales. Highly driven, enthusiastic self-starter with a 'can do' attitude. Willingness to undertake international travel.
