Job summary The post holder will be a supportive core member of the Cancer Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs), a member of the Cancer Nursing Team and aid in the development of nursing practice in these specialist areas, working across the healthcare teams including diagnostic services. Main duties of the job They will act as a supportive key worker for patients with cancer, their families and carers on the IOW, and will co-ordinate Island Patients Care throughout their cancer pathway in conjunction with the key worker.
