As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will:
1. Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (Band 5) and Children's Support Assistants
2. Ensure high-quality care delivery
3. Create empowering environments for children and families
4. Conduct assessments and care planning collaboratively with families
5. Support team development and engage with research opportunities
6. Manage staff performance and development
7. Deputise for the House Manager when needed

Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Paediatric Nurse position will have:
1. Registered Nurse qualification and a degree
2. Paediatric experience is essential
3. Experience working with children and using advanced communication skills
4. Commitment to safeguarding and understanding of professional boundaries
5. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care
6. Experience supporting and mentoring other members of staff
