Main accountabilities: Liaising with and updating customers throughout the repair process To arrange deliveries and collections of vehicles with the relevant paperwork in place Scheduling to ensure optisimisation of our Drivers time Courtesy car administration Insurance Company Portals Understanding how to handle all types of the Company claims processes and procedures - insurer/fleet/in-house/retail etc. as agreed within Insurer Service Level Agreements To administer cash, credit card payments and banking Collaborate with recovery companies and loan car suppliers To make sure Customer Service Level Agreements are adhered to Key skills: A strong customer focussed background Transport / Scheduling experience Excellent organisational skills Communication PC literate Passionate about customer service
