Job Description We have an exciting opportunity in the form of a System Administrator based in our Finance team Reporting to the Finance Systems Analyst you will be responsible for supporting & updating our finance system processes as well as support for strategic business projects as well as BAU activity. To be successful in this role you will need to be organized, some systems administration would be highly beneficial and an understanding of how stock moves throughout Gousto. Importantly, this will give you the opportunity to progress and develop within Finance & Systems admin Core Responsibilities Manage open Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders, and GRNI clearing processes to maintain accurate financial records Manage the processes to import and upload Item Arrivals and Orders between different distribution channels Conduct reconciliation of Sales Orders and stock consumption, for accurate inventory management Facilitate waste reconciliation processes, contributing to cost-reduction strategies Communicate stock movements effectively across relevant teams Oversee manual and estimated cost management processes, maintaining financial integrity Provide comprehensive reporting support for diverse use cases, including COGS, waste, AOV reporting, NOM reporting, budgeting, ingredient prices, and margins Support data governance initiatives to uphold data quality and regulatory compliance standards Who You Are: An understanding of how stock flows would be hugely beneficial Previous or current experience in a systems admin role would be hugely beneficial An interest in developing within Finance or a Systems role Ability to prioritise and work at pace Good attention to detail Good at building relationships cross-functionally and with team members outside finance
