This full-time role involves working with secondary-aged pupils who experience social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, supporting them both academically and emotionally as they navigate a personalised education journey.

Your Role and Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support academic progress and personal development
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, creating a safe and supportive classroom environment
* Work closely with support staff, families and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach
* Implement consistent routines and behaviour strategies that promote self-regulation and respect
What We’re Looking For
* A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with a genuine interest in SEMH education
* A calm, compassionate and proactive individual with strong behaviour management skills
* Experience in a SEN or alternative provision setting is desirable, though not essential
