Job Description
* Manage the daily operations of the CRM platform.
* Assist in the design and implementation of CRM strategies.
* Monitor customer experience and consumer journey, making necessary improvements.
* Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
* Generate insightful reports to inform future CRM strategies.
* Ensure all CRM activities comply with industry regulations.
* Identify new opportunities to engage customers through the CRM platform.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the retail industry and competitors' CRM strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful CRM Executive should have:
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 1 year of experience in CRM/email marketing as part of a wider marketing role.
* Excellent understanding of CRM principles and customer retention strategies.
* Strong proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
* Strong knowledge of the retail industry.
* Ability to attend the office in Solihull 3 days a week.
