Walfinch West Suffolk is currently seeking high-quality community care assistants for full-time and part-time positions across West Suffolk.
We are looking for care workers who are passionate and caring and want to make a difference in someone’s life by providing a high quality of support.
Some of your roles and responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with personal care
2. Advising, supporting, and/or undertaking the planning, preparation, cooking, and serving of meals
3. Supporting or undertaking household duties
4. Administering or prompting medication
5. Providing companionship
6. Engaging in social activities
7. Pet care
8. Attending appointments
9. Shopping
About The Role:
We are looking for hard-working, positive, and pro-active individuals. In return, we will offer you:
1. Very competitive hourly rates starting from £12.50 per hour Monday to Friday and from £14.50 per hour on weekends
2. Double pay for Bank Holidays and triple pay for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's
3. Paid mileage
4. Paid travel time
5. 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
6. Free DBS, uniform, and PPE
7. Local office and on-call support 7 days a week
