You would need to be smart, articulate and enthusiastic for this multi-layered role.
You would be providing close support to the Facilities Manager in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the facility. The ideal candidate will assist in managing building systems, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
There is scope for some training, so for example, if you are ex-military and attracted to this role do not let a lack of experience put you off!
This is a full-time role – Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 – helping to look after their magnificent listed headquarters, in Great Portland Street. 37 hours a week.
Of course with this type of role you would need to have some flexibility.
While a light maintenance background is beneficial, it's not mandatory. The main responsibilities will include supporting facilities management, we are also looking for someone who will be happy to cover reception duties and set up meeting rooms and refreshments.
The successful candidate forthis role will need to prove they have the right to work in the UK.
