We are looking for a Care Team Leader to work within our growing Supported Living team.
A key purpose of the job is to act as a role model to staff, encouraging them to understand the people we are supporting and to take pride in providing the practical and emotional care that enables individual service users to lead a good quality of life. We refer to this as Extraordinary Days, Every Day.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise the day-to-day delivery of care to ensure service user needs are met and manage the service in the absence of the Manager.
2. Be responsible for the care, welfare, and safety of service users and the health and safety of staff.
3. Coordinate the service and participate in reviews, reassessing the changing of person-centred support plans to ensure they are up to date and in line with individuals' needs.
4. Undertake regular supervisions with staff.
5. Act as a skills coach for staff and chair regular team meetings.
6. Participate when required in the recruitment of staff within an equal opportunities framework.
Qualifications
1. Health & Social Care Level 3 Qualification.
2. 12 Months Experience in a Caring environment.
3. Good communication skills, allowing you to engage & interact with our Service Users.
4. Ability to keep calm under pressure.
5. Confidence to work alone and also be part of a team (family).
6. Passionate about making a difference in someone else's life.
7. Good written skills.
