Key Duties:
* Develop and lead the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework, utilizing Business Capability (BC) Modeling to drive prioritization and optimization.
* Define and implement an architectural governance model to ensure cross-domain alignment, focusing on business architecture and target architecture goals.
* Establish a target architecture, coordinating efforts across infrastructure, applications, and data architecture domains.
* Evaluate and enhance EA tools to integrate with digital ITSM platforms and corporate planning tools.
* Engage and coordinate with third-party consultants to accelerate EA maturity.
* Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to align EA services with enterprise portfolio objectives.
* Support innovation by assessing disruptive technologies and incorporating them into business strategy and operating models.
* Act as a strategic advisor between business and digital teams, enhancing the impact of digital initiatives within the organization.
* Provide leadership on architectural decision-making and facilitate collaboration through initiatives such as architecture guilds.
Essential Skills:
* 10+ years of experience in IT management, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, or related fields.
* Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, especially in an emerging EA function.
* Proven ability to influence and guide senior leaders and stakeholders in both business and digital areas.
* Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with a practical approach to complex problem-solving.
* Vendor- and technology-neutral, with a focus on achieving targeted business outcomes.
* Consulting experience with skills in engagement management, stakeholder relations, and strategic communication.
* Deep understanding of EA frameworks, business capability models, and financial governance.
* Knowledge of ITSM, agile methodologies, and digital ecosystems such as SaaS, IaaS, and predictive analytics.
* Familiarity with EA tools, repository management, and architectural modeling techniques.
* Awareness of emerging technologies, including generative AI, with a strategic perspective on integrating innovations.
