Accounts Administrator (Full-Time)
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
Ace Handling is a growing business that supplies and maintains materials handling equipment for a wide range of customers. We offer services such as the supply of new and used machines, maintenance, training and repairs. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a full-time Accounts Administrator to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing quarterly VAT returns
* Credit control and managing sales/purchase ledgers
* Producing monthly management accounts
* Resolving accounting queries
* Answering telephone calls from customers and suppliers
* Supporting and reporting to the Financial Director
* Assisting with the company website and involvement in marketing campaigns
Experience and Skills Required:
* Minimum 3 years experience in Finance/Bookkeeping
* Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Sage, Access, MS Office, Excel, and Word
* Up-to-date knowledge of HMRC responsibilities
* Ability to work accurately and meet tight deadlines
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
