About the role
Vision for Education are working closely with a Primary School in Folkestone who currently have a vacancy for a Learning Support Assistant to join their school. You will be supporting a child on a 1-1 basis with their learning. You will be required to plan engaging lessons and have great communication skills. This is a fulltime role and is due to start in September.
Requirements for Learning Support Assistant:
1. GCSE Maths and English or Teaching Assistant qualification
2. Experience supporting children on a 1-1 basis
3. Good communication skills
4. Approachable
5. Flexible and adaptable
This is a community orientated one-form entry Primary School with a private nursery onsite. This school is set in extensive grounds with large playing fields, a wild garden and a pond. This school has a few perks such as an onsite car park and a supportive SLT Team.
