The Role
They are on the hunt for a Trainee Formalities Administrator to train under the supervision of their IP Formalities Manager while furthering your career by working alongside talented individuals. The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of Formalities.
General tasks will include:
* Monitoring and maintaining internal reminders and deadlines
* Monitoring and managing the firm’s email inboxes
* Regular liaison with clients, fee earners, and other members of the firm
* Dealing with queries from clients - both simple and complex
* Helping document key processes and keep documented processes current
* Preparing documents and forms for submission to patent and trade mark offices
There are other tasks related to specialist departments you would very much be involved in too; the role includes lots of variety and plenty to learn.

* Strong literacy skills and a good eye for detail
* Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with various stakeholders
* A flexible attitude and willingness to stay late if needed
