Private Equity backed Healthcare and Consumer Consulting firm with significant growth plans, is expanding the team with five M&A Integration Project Leads to take ownership of end-to-end integration of newly acquired businesses.
* Permanent: £90,000 – 130,000 base + Bonus + Benefits
* Location: 3 days in London per week
* Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
* Skills required: M&A Integration + ex-BIG4 Consulting
Mandate:
* You will drive seamless collaboration between divisions and take ownership of executing key milestones, aligning all stakeholders to achieve success in the acquisition agenda.
* Your role will involve working on due diligence, M&A team collaboration, and sales team coordination. Take full ownership of both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, being comfortable with due diligence, working with M&A teams, business units, and sales teams.
* As a champion for the vision of the integration and program management structure, integration leaders will create the momentum and drive needed to capture the value of the transaction.
To be successful in this role:
* Extensive experience leading M&A Integration, including Future State processes, Exit Agreements, TSA, Legal Entity Transfers,
* You will have prior experience in a IT Consulting Firm, BIG4, PE Consulting Firm or MBB and since moved into industry.
* Successful track record in owning project management, PMO best practice and change management within M&A
* Industry experience in Healthcare, Consumer coupled with Consulting is highly advantageous
* Track record in creating and implementing best practice PMO processes, governance frameworks, standards and tooling
* Engage, influence and collaborate with cross functions teams, leaders and functional experts
* Ability to understand the priorities, operating needs and responsibilities of the different work streams, and be able to anticipate, plan and solve for cross‑functional interdependencies.
* Proven experience in aligning and bringing people together to successful hit milestones throughout an M&A integration project
