We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Team Assistant at London Drainage Facilities Ltd.
About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Team Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely assistance with specific enquiries and efficiently booking jobs to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer high-volume inbound calls, providing personalized customer service and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Update worksheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
* Liaise with engineers to schedule follow-on jobs for customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally, calmly, and tactfully with customers.
* Previous experience in customer service, inbound/outbound call centres, control rooms, or contact centres.
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor, even in challenging situations.
