Linsco are currently recruiting for a resident liaison officer to start work in Nottingham.\n\nYou will be responsible for maintaining clear communication, addressing resident's concerns, and ensuring minimal disruption to their daily lives during the construction process. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.\n\nResident Communication:\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.\nProvide residents with clear and timely information about the construction schedule, planned works, and any potential disruptions.Information Distribution:\n\nPrepare and distribute newsletters, notices, and other communication materials to keep residents informed about project progress and any changes.\nOrganise and attend resident meetings to discuss project updates and gather feedback.Issue Resolution:\n\nAddress and resolve any complaints or issues raised by residents, working with the construction team to find solutions and minimise inconvenience.\nMaintain a log of all resident communications, issues, and resolutions for reference and reporting.Site Visits:\n\nConduct regular site visits to monitor the impact of construction activities on residents and ensure their concerns are being addressed.\nProvide feedback to the construction team on resident observations and any areas requiring attention.Support During Works:\n\nCoordinate with residents to arrange access for construction work, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily routines.\nAssist vulnerable residents by providing additional support and information tailored to their needs.Health and Safety:\n\nEnsure residents are aware of and comply with site safety protocols during construction activities.\nCommunicate any safety concerns raised by residents to the construction team and ensure they are addressed promptly.You will be required to have a DBS check. Qualifications desirable would be a basic certificate in NVQ Customer Care but this can be looked past depending on customer care experience and the approach to dealing with clients.
