Customer Service Associate
Healthy Bean Ltd is a leading provider of Workwear, Footwear, PPE and Hygiene in the UK. We are seeking a motivated, professional, communicative and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will involve processing orders, placing orders, answering customer queries, managing returns and other customer-facing responsibilities, providing an opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and work in a growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat.
* Assisting customers with latest updates on orders, advising on stocking dates and any additional queries.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors where relevant.
* Implement solutions to resolve customer problems and advise on timelines.
* Processing orders and liaising with production, warehouse and dispatch to ensure orders are delivered on time.
REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent Communication Skills – strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to Detail – accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong IT skills.
* 1-2 years of prior customer service experience.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Based in Harlow.
