Led by a passionate and dynamic team, we're looking for an experienced Brand & Content Marketing Manager to join us on a growth journey.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager, based in our Leicestershire offices. You will be responsible for managing the promotion and positioning of the brand and the products, creating and delivering insight-driven marketing strategies that make an impact. You will create engaging content, manage social media channels, email campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong communication and project management skills.
You will work within our supportive team and be backed by resources to support your success, with an on-site studio, and a team that includes a Brand Designer & Illustrator to support graphic/imagery requirements, and a Content Creator apprentice.
Objectives
1. Strategy: Execute a brand and content marketing plan in line with the wider business objectives, including on-site content, email marketing and social media, to drive online sales and growth.
2. Brand Awareness: Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms, enhancing visibility and brand awareness through marketing campaigns.
3. Social media management: Enhance and optimise the company’s presence on social media platforms. Develop social media campaigns, generate engaging and high quality content, and work on developing a community feel for the brand.
Key responsibilities
* Develop social media campaigns and produce regular content that encourages engagement and action.
* Produce on-site blog and page content that is on brand, optimised for SEO and of value to our customer base.
* Work across departments to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that are considered, intentional and optimised.
* Execute email marketing campaigns in line with the marketing plan to drive online sales.
* Coordinate and execute new product launches.
* Coordinate the development and execution of evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion.
* Manage relationships with affiliates, influencers and reviewer communities.
* Collaborate with our PR manager ensuring we are responsive to opportunities and promoting the brand to gain exposure.
* Work with suppliers to obtain new content, samples and cross-promotional activity.
* Work with the wider parenting network on developing partnerships that achieve top of funnel exposure.
Great to have
* Proven experience in brand and content marketing.
* Experience of email marketing, specifically with Klaviyo.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong creative and analytical thinking.
* Experience in managing social media platforms.
* Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
