We're on the hunt for a tech-savvy, multitasking wizard to join the team as an Executive Assistant (EA) with a twist of HR magic Location: Andover Job Type: Full-time Office Based Hours: 8am-5pm Salary Range : £30,000-£35,000 What you will need As our EA extraordinaire, you'll be: Mastering the art of calendar management for the MD Organising events and sorting travel arrangements Dealing with general office duties when required Wearing multiple hats: PA, HR, and office ninja Assisting the sales department with documents etc as and when needed HR Support Support with recruiting for top talent in the candidate pool Onboarding new starters smoothly Maintaining company employee records and training schedules You're our perfect match if you've got: A track record of previous PA/EA experience in a fast paced environment HR support (recruiting, onboarding) Ability with MS Software and HR Software High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
