Administrator/Customer Service Coordinator

Our client, an established organisation based in Didcot, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator/Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a temp to perm position starting as soon as possible, paying £11.44 per hour increasing to £25,000 - £26,000 per annum once perm. Working 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client's products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
4. Assist in managing customer accounts, including processing orders, updating personal details, and resolving billing inquiries.
5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to the management team.
