Overview: Pen Heaven is a family run e-commerce business selling high end pens and stationery that can be personalised. We are a market leader in the UK with a growing presence in the USA and other international markets. We have a warehouse and office based in North London. We are looking for a dynamic individual to become involved in, and learn about, most aspects of the business. During busy times (e.g. Christmas, Mondays) the candidate will be required to help in the warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner. All other times the candidate will work on e-commerce related activities such as; assisting the website manager, assisting the operations manager on stock management, assisting the customer services manager. Responsibilities: E-Commerce Assisting the ecommerce manager with: Collating assets for new products e.g. images, product features Loading new products using our CMS platform Visual merchandising Preparing posts for social medial platforms; facebook, twitter, instagram Assisting the Operations Manager with : Booking in stock Amending stock locations Stock reports Assisting the Customer Service Manager with: Customer enquiries Customer returns Picking up the phone Warehouse Picking orders Packing orders Gift-wrapping orders Personalisation; engraving and embossing Assisting with the purchase of consumables Assisting with the annual stock take
