We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering Harrods’ brand vision through innovative and well-executed marketing campaigns.
About The Role
As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end management of campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external agency partners, and stakeholders to bring marketing strategies to life while leading and developing a Campaign Executive.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the Project Delivery Team and wider Brand Experience Division to drive integrated marketing campaigns.
* Managing the Marketing Brief Pipeline, ensuring all projects are planned with clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines.
* Reviewing campaign briefs to ensure they are comprehensive and aligned with business goals before approval.
* Leading campaign planning meetings, aligning teams on objectives, priorities, and execution strategies.
* Overseeing relationships with media and creative agencies, ensuring campaign plans align with marketing briefs.
* Monitoring budgets and ensuring accurate cost tracking for campaigns.
* Providing leadership and support to your team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
About You
You are a proactive and organised marketing professional with a passion for delivering results-driven campaigns. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your leadership skills enable you to inspire and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in campaign and project management within a marketing department or agency.
* Strong knowledge of omnichannel campaign delivery and a creative approach to communications.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively with agencies and internal teams.
