Fast paced, with a commercial and driven leadership team, they are looking for a like-minded finance professional to support the leadership team in a progressive, commercially focused role.

Your new role as the Senior Commercial Accountant:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts for several business units within the group.
2. Manage group stock reconciliations and intercompany stock movements.
3. Business partner across several internal departments to communicate financial results.
4. Lead on the reconciliation of large data sets, including the production of commercial analysis to drive business performance across several revenue streams.
5. Working with stakeholders enabling financial insight through detailed analysis, enhance operational efficiencies and excellence.
6. Analysis of product margins and conducting full reviews across profit and loss statements, providing detailed commercial commentary.
7. Balance sheet reconciliations.
8. Assisting in the supervision and upskilling of juniors within the finance function.
9. Acting as support to the Financial Controller.
Experience & Skills required to apply:
1. Proven experience as a Commercial/Management Accountant or in a similar role within finance or accounting.
2. Strong knowledge of month-end process in a large corporate business.
3. Proficiency in managing stock in a large corporate business.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and external stakeholders.
6. A relevant qualification in finance or accounting is preferred but not essential.
7. Experience with inter company transactions.
