The role
Ekco is growing at a phenomenal rate, having doubled in size over the last 12 months, we are now seeking a Junior Implementations Engineer to join our team of talented individuals. This role is based in our Milton Keynes office but may require travel to our customers offices as required. You will be reporting to the Head of Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients to Ekco’s services.
* Conduct/participate when required in meetings/workshops with clients to document their technical and operational processes.
* Create comprehensive technical documentation for internal use and client handovers.
* Ensure clear documentation of onboarding procedures, issue logs, and process steps.
* Engage proactively with clients, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
* Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
* Conduct internal handover workshops to transition new clients from onboarding to operational support.
* Liaise with internal teams, external clients, and 3rd-party providers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
* Administer Microsoft 365 services, focusing on user account management and other relevant tasks.
* Provide initial technical support where needed, troubleshooting issues that arise during onboarding.
* Stay updated on new technologies and document processes related to the onboarding of these technologies.
* Actively seek learning opportunities to improve skills relevant to the role.
* Maintain high levels of organisation and meticulous attention to detail throughout the onboarding process.
* Ensure all tasks, including documentation and client communications, are accurately completed.

* Capable of being highly responsive were required, has a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to follow through.
* Able to adapt to change, and help others adapt to change.
* Ability to work flexibly to influence, negotiate, listen to and resolve business issues with key decision makers in different areas of the business
* Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels
* Ability to build long standing professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Experienced Microsoft Office user (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
