To succeed in this role, you will: Essential: Strong experience in managing projects, including oversight of contractors and consultants. Knowledge of NHS Estates guidelines and legislative requirements, such as HTM, HBN, Building Regulations 2010 etc. Excellent budget management and organisational skills to deliver projects under pressure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in IT and familiarity with project management tools. Ability to coordinate activities across multi-agency settings and drive collaborative success. Desirable: Knowledge of healthcare provision complexities and NHS systems. Relevant project management qualifications or training, such as Prince2, APM PMQ or similar. Demonstrated experience in influencing policies and implementing best practices.
