Front of House Receptionist – Dental Concierge (Luxury Experience Essential)
Location: Chelsea, London SW3 5QJ
Salary: £35,000 -£45,000 per annum + bonus structure
Full-Time | Permanent | In-person

We're seeking individuals with a background in luxury hotels, five-star concierge services, premium retail, or private members clubs to elevate our client journey and help us redefine the modern dental experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a highly polished, service-obsessed professional to be the first face and voice of our Chelsea clinic – someone who thrives in an elegant, fast-paced environment where excellence is the standard.
You’ll be the vital link between our clients and our clinical team, responsible for creating a seamless and memorable front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming patients with warmth, elegance, and care
* Managing appointments, calls, and client communication with exceptional attention to detail
* Supporting client onboarding, follow-ups, and treatment bookings
* Liaising with clinical teams to ensure a smooth daily schedule
* Delivering a 5-star client experience at every stage of the customer journey
* Representing the brand with integrity and discretion
Ideal Background
* Front Office / Guest Relations in 5* Hotels or Private Clubs
* VIP Client Management in High-End Retail
* Concierge or Front Desk in Luxury Hospitality
* Private Healthcare or Aesthetic Clinics
* (Dental knowledge not required – full training provided)
