Where Does This Role Fit In? As part of the Compliance Team, you’ll report to the M&E Contracts Manager and work closely with our contractors, leading the delivery of our domestic heating servicing programme, reactive maintenance, and installation works while ensuring compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Your role will involve monitoring industry standards, conducting audits, and managing contract performance to ensure excellence in service delivery. You will also have the opportunity to engage with innovative housing technologies, contributing to our commitment to sustainability and net zero housing solutions. What skills and experience do you need? Candidates should have experience in a similar role with a strong technical background in gas safety. A solid understanding of current gas regulations, health & safety compliance, and contractor management is key. The role requires excellent organisational and problem solving skills, along with the ability to manage workloads effectively. Candidates must also hold current Gas Safe qualifications (ACS) and possess a Diploma or equivalent in Gas Safety Management. What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £46,502 for a 37 hour full time permanent position Flexible working policies – we are hybrid working. For this role you will be out and about within our communities, aswell as attending our offices in Swansea or Newport as and when required It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence and access to a car 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service Mileage paid at 45 per mile A basic DBS is required for the role which we pay for.
