Hours: 4 on 4 off pattern - 6.45am - 7:00pm

Fleet Co-Ordinator - The Role:
Based in our depot in Longcross, Surrey and reporting to the National Fleet Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Fleet Management team.
Fleet Co-Ordinator - Main Responsibilities:
1. To ensure and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with H+S Standards
2. To report all hazards, near misses and faults to assist in the prevention of accidents
3. Briefing drivers and despatch of drivers and Issue driver packs
4. To monitor and record employee issues, including lateness, absenteeism, general performance and conduct
5. Ensure effective driver debrief
6. Driver licence checks and associated system administration
7. Agency declarations and health surveillance declarations
8. Complete personal injury/incident forms in a full and timely manner
9. Complete Vehicle accident forms in a full and timely manner
10. Issue driver infringement forms and discuss rectification
11. Monitoring and processing PCNs, fines and speeding violations
12. General administration for O' licence and associated compliance
13. Assist Assistant Fleet Manager and Compliance Administrator
14. Work in conjunction with Planning Dept to maximise vehicle efficiency
15. Guarantee Vehicle Tacho and Drivercard's are downloaded in good time
16. Key logs and mileage and complete fuel card and hire vehicle administration and checks
17. Conduct efficient and thorough handover to the night team
Fleet Co-Ordinator - You:
Essential:
1. Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
2. Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
4. Ability to work alone and within a team
5. Ability to multi-task efficiently within a dynamic and fast paced transport environment
Desirable:
1. Transport Experience
2. Administration qualification
