As our Parts and Service Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in proactively analysing gaps and future trends to seize sales opportunities for parts and service solutions for the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the UK Service Manager, this position requires a data-driven approach while cultivating and nurturing professional relationships with both existing and new customers to drive profitable sales growth.

What you bring to the role:
* Qualifications: Ideally you’ll have a degree level education, or equivalent experience, and a formal recognised sales qualification (or working towards), e.g. ISMM.
* Safety Commitment: Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
* Data informed sales approach: A self-starter with enthusiasm and drive and proven ability in converting data into sales opportunities, you’ll have telesales experience, be able to develop sales strategy and sales plans and identify and capitalise on opportunities.
* Industry Insight: You’ll have a deep understanding of the materials handling industry, ideally with knowledge of Kalmar products and services.
* Customer Focus: Attentive to customer needs and market dynamics you’ll be adept in building and maintaining relationships.
* Team Player: Collaboration and effective communication with colleagues and clients to achieve shared goals and maintain an equitable work environment for all.
