We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, days only, including every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Woodrow House.
Woodrow House is a 9 bed specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.
We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration. We encourage and enable the residents to lead a full and happy life and work with them to find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that their care can be as person-centred as possible.
