Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.
* Oversee and enhance reward systems to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to influence organisational strategy and drive performance.
* Ensure HR policies and practices support the needs of a large, complex organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in HR leadership roles within large organisations.
* Expertise in employee relations, rewards, and strategic HR planning.
* Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business-aligned HR initiatives.
* Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
