Clinical Effectiveness Lead | Clinical Governance | Private Hospital | The Montefiore Hospital | Full Time | Permanent | Hove Spire The Montefiore Hospital are looking for a Clinical Effectiveness Lead to join their dedicated Clinical Governance Team. In this role you will work with the Clinical Governance Manager to support the delivery of clinically effective care to our patients. Duties and Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services, Clinical Governance & Risk Manager and relevant others (such as service leads and other members of the clinical governance team) to lead on clinical effectiveness across the hospital. - Work in accordance with Spire Healthcare's Clinical Effectiveness and Outcomes Framework to drive the hospital towards mastery in all areas, and maintain the same. - Provide expert leadership in relation to clinical effectiveness. - Develop effective collaborative working relationships with hospital teams. - Create and maintain links with relevant national leads and networks. - Act as an exemplary, positive and inspiring role model in pursuit of clinical effectiveness. - Work effectively as a team player maintaining the highest professional standards. - Demonstrate improvements in team performance and service delivery.
