Mission: Team leader supervising a operative production team to enable the most efficient use of resources. To support, develop and lead the team within the organisational structure of Schneider under direction from the Process Manager. Specific responsibility Carry out Daily 5s audits and actions as required Active involvement in accident and incident investigation and corrective action implementation Action non-conformances from external EHS and 5s audits Reports all EHS issues/activities via cell meeting in a timely and responsible manner Active management on the correct use of PPE Risk Management/Reduction Set up corrective and preventative actions to achieve company and cell quality targets Ensures that all job-related paper work (e.g. time sheets, trace cards) are filled in correctly and promptly. Complete hourly/ daily/ weekly SIM board quality data Hourly analysis of the production flow against plan. Action or hightlight pontential risks to ensure shift production targets are met manage and direct the cell team members, continually striving for improved Industrial Effciency (KE) Track accurately the 'not eplained' category of production losses and constantly seek to try to reduce Apply SPS principles and process/ product knowledge to organise labour (reviewed hourly) Identify training needs and train new/ existing team members on the production processes and relevant SPS tools Drive positive culture and challenge inappropriate behaviour Motivate the team to improve through the SIM process and principles
