Main Purpose of Job: To provide exceptional customer service to make guests feel welcome. You may be taking orders at the counter, making hot drinks or serving food.
Responsible to: Café Bar Supervisors / Food and Beverage Manager
Hours: Various hours available. Whether you're looking for evening, weekend, full-time or part-time roles over the holiday periods, we will have a role that will fit!
Locations: Holgates Caravan Park and The Royal in Silverdale.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming customers, taking orders and helping guests with enquiries on menus in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
2. Service with a smile delivering food to guests.
3. Making sure cutlery and condiments are prepped ready to take to tables.
4. Replenishing stock in display cabinets.
5. Maintaining cleanliness in the bar and restaurant areas at all times.
6. Accepting payments and operating the tills.
Key Requirements:
1. Customer experience is at the heart of what we do. Guests must receive an excellent customer focused service.
2. Flexibility is important; shifts may be at one of 3 locations and may need to be adapted to suit the business. You may have occasional shifts in our shop during busy periods as well.
3. An ability to reach your place of work is imperative.
4. Excellent communication and a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
5. A professional and friendly demeanour is critical as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. Experience in a similar role is beneficial, although not essential as training will be provided.
