Client Relations Administrator
Salary: £24,720
Position Summary
Working as a member of the Client Relations team within Service Delivery, you will be the day-to-day point of contact to Medica’s clients. You will provide first line customer service and be responsible for the processing of work requests, client communications, complaint handling and all operational client-based queries across all service lines for the Radiology service in the UK.
You will work alongside other teams within Service Delivery to ensure that service level agreements are met, and the highest quality of service is provided to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for our growing client base.
2. Processing of all Elective stats.
3. Perform all tasks related to the processing of work requests.
4. Providing weekly/monthly reports to clients showing Elective performance.
5. Proactive service monitoring to ensure key metrics are delivered.
6. Maintain professional relationships and share information with other teams and departments.
7. Identify issues and trends, looking to resolve or escalate as required.
8. Assist in the review, learning and resolution of any formal complaints.
9. Administrative tasks pertinent to the Client Relations Team.

Requirements:
Essential Skills:

Desirable Skills:
1. Experience of working within the healthcare sector.
2. Complaint management experience or training.
3. Experience of data manipulation, particularly with Excel.
