What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building strong, positive relationships with HR colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
* Providing proactive HR guidance with a focus on change management, organisational development, and employee relations.
* Acting as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employment law, and best practices, helping managers navigate complex HR challenges.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective virtual HR support that aligns with Jewish Care’s strategic goals.
* Leading on key projects such as re-organisations, redundancies, and culture shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with employment law.
* Managing employee relations cases, including performance, disciplinary, grievance issues, and supporting managers with pragmatic, solution-based advice.
* Preparing documentation and bundles for Employment Tribunals (ET1/ET3) and working effectively within unionised environments.
What We’re Looking For:
* CIPD Level 5 qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in casework.
* Proven experience leading two or more rounds of organisational change.
* Expertise in handling a wide range of HR issues, including redundancy, consultations, safeguarding, and dismissals.
* Experience in a multi-site, unionised environment with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service.
