Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to boys and girls with social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
- Work closely with children who may have experienced trauma and/or are at risk of being trafficked.
- Support small classes of 4-6 pupils, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist children with neurodivergent traits, encouraging their development and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement tailored support plans.

About the Role
