Position: Warranty Manager
Location: Omagh
Reporting to: Customer & Product Support Manager
Hours of Work: 39¾ hours per week

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the warranty department covering a number of brands within the Terex MP group of companies.
What you’ll do:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for warranty claims for 4 MP Brands in line with our current warranty policies.
* Liaising with all company stakeholders such as design, quality, helpdesk & production engineers to ensure claims are thoroughly investigated to establish root cause, cost, and resolution.
* Building a working relationship with our Dealer network and handling any queries in a proactive and timely manner.
* Assisting Vendor Recovery in recuperating costs from suppliers and coordinating return of parts to suppliers from our Dealer network.
* Attend and contribute to Quality Council sessions to support the Total Quality Management process.
* Ensure monthly reporting to pre-agreed timelines, including regular updates to finance teams.
* Some international travel may be required occasionally.
What you’ll bring:
Experience & Qualifications:
* Engineering degree or related subject.
* People management experience.
* Customer facing experience.
* A strong customer focus and be proactive in identifying solutions and offering support to others.
* Experience dealing with negotiations or warranty claims desirable.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Working knowledge of Crushing & Screening equipment or heavy equipment industry a benefit but not essential.
* Commercial Acumen.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Must have excellent organisational skills and be proactive.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
