The role you could fill:
As the Energy and Charging Solutions Specialist for the UK, you will be the specialist in understanding and addressing customer operational constraints related to charging infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to understand the exact needs of our customers and create turnkey solutions that deliver maximum performance and efficiency of vehicles in fleet. You will be proposing holistic solutions that encompass charging infrastructure, energy provision, and support seamless integration with clients' operational workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of last-mile delivery logistics, electric vehicle technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Conduct a thorough analysis of customers' operational constraints, specifically focusing on vehicle use scenarios within last-mile delivery logistics.
2. Identify and collaborate with suitable partners to offer solutions for depot charging, home charging, and payment solutions for public charging.
3. Collaborate with key account teams to understand unique challenges and opportunities per customer.
4. Support and propose comprehensive charging solutions that align with customer operational requirements.
5. Work closely with customers to integrate proposed solutions seamlessly into their existing operational workflows.
6. Provide insights and recommendations on optimizing vehicle flows through the integration of charging infrastructure.
7. Collaborate with Product Specialists ensuring they address both vehicle flow and charging requirements ensuring that proposed solutions enhance overall operational efficiency.
8. Liaise with IT integration teams to align proposed solutions with customers' IT infrastructure and define technical requirements to ensure successful integration.
9. Act as a key contributor to the project sales to ensure the timely and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
10. Collaborate with internal departments to address technical aspects related to vehicle flows and charging.
11. Provide training to key account teams and clients on the technical aspects of proposed solutions.
12. Offer ongoing support to address any technical queries or challenges during implementation.

6. Highly engaged in sustainability transition (environment, health & safety).
7. Strong customer obsession to build trust.
8. Able to work cross-functionally in project mode.
9. Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
10. Fluent in English.
