HR Advisor, Temp/FTC 6 months, ER advisor role, hybrid covering East Sussex and Kent
(could be based at Ashford, Hastings, Medway, Paddock Wood, Polegate or Thanet)
£37,000 to £45,000
Due to a department restructure, there is an interim HR/ER Advisor opportunity that could go permanent to cover the following locations on a hybrid basis (on average 2 days a week at one of the sites above, but travel to all, as required, expenses paid).
The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality HR advice and support to managers and staff, enable managers to build an inclusive, attractive, effective, and safe culture, engage their staff, and effectively manage absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
Requirements:
1. The successful candidate will be available immediately or on short notice.
2. Extensive experience of high volume Employee Relations within a unionised environment, ideally public sector.
On Offer:
6 months contract £37,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid flexible working including condensed hours if required. All travel expenses paid for.
