We are seeking a dedicated Contact Centre Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all incoming enquiries and finance renewals.
You will embody a customer-centric approach to ensure that customers are number one in all your interactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized, motivated individual with a passion for results but also with a compassionate and balanced attitude to join our team.
You will be working closely with the Contact Manager to achieve set targets and drive performance within the sales team.
What will I be responsible for?
As Contact Executive, you will always present a professional front and be a champion of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take calls and respond using all forms of communication including emails, ensuring adherence to procedures at all times.
* Make outbound calls to Renewals customers, communicating offers and ensuring appointments are offered as required.
* Promote consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Have thorough knowledge of the complete product range including new technologies and have knowledge of our competitors.
* Provide the highest level of customer service to increase customer loyalty and gain repeat business.
* Maintain a high-level working knowledge of FCA regulations and Sales Department policies and ensure their use in daily operations.
* When dealing directly with customers, anticipate customer needs and do everything to meet and exceed them.
* Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally to customers, management, and colleagues alike, treating everyone with respect.
