The post is for 6 sessions per week and is initially a fixed term contract until 31st March 2026 with potential for extension and a possibility of a permanent post thereafter. The delivery of highly effective medical care Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance Effective management of long-term conditions Processing of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other associated administrative tasks Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidance. Work collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workload Adhere to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the audit process About us Based in Withington, we are in a highly sought-after area with a truly mixed demographic. We have a great location situated right between the city center, Manchester University, Didsbury, Chorlton and Manchester Airport. Our current list size is around 10,400. We are a training practice in South Manchester with a supportive, enthusiastic team in a relaxed and encouraging working environment. Currently we have five partners and four salaried GPs. We also have a Practice Nurse and an Assistant Practitioner. IT systems consist of Emis Web, Docman 10, and Lexacom. We do most of the usual enhanced services.
