Basic Function
The Parts & Services Channel Marketing Intern is responsible to support the AG Sales & Marketing team in driving sustainable sales, margin, and market share growth in the territory for Genuine CNHi Parts for UK & ROI markets. The successful individual will support management of a parts portfolio across a range of products covered by two agricultural brands (Case IH and New Holland). The Channel Marketing Intern will primarily be supporting the growth and development of two key channels, Ecommerce & Sell Out.
Sell Out
1. Working with the field Sell out specialist, build and deliver the quarterly campaigns, digital campaigns, loyalty programs, channel animation and product communication strategy by channel (Sell-out).
2. Support the communication team to maintain any platform and existing tools providing product information to customers and ultimately end-customers to promote and raise brand and product awareness.
3. Manage the deployment of all outgoing sell out campaign communications to our internal and external distribution lists.
4. Creation of sell out KPI reports and power point presentations for both internal and external meetings.
5. Assist with the delivery of sell out events at dealership location, attendance at the location may be required.
Ecommerce
6. Supervise day to day channel activities, via power Bi dashboard reporting. Support the dealer network in use of the platform and daily management of product/channel queries from the market.
7. Supporting the Sell out specialist work closely with the Central Ecommerce team to adapt and improve the channel strategy at local level.
8. Support the drive of online ecommerce sales within the dealerships working and supporting the sell-out specialist and PSMs.
9. Run the main KPI sales reports (dealer performance, Quotes, Sales by dealer, Abandoned Carts, Registrations etc)
10. Own and work on the Ecommerce newsletter working with the sell-out specialist to ensure all is accurately put together and sent to the dealer network.
11. Support the sell-out specialist and PSMs with what they require for dealer open days - to organise where applicable an Ecommerce stand at dealer open days.
Candidate requirements, attributes, and qualifications
12. Degree requirements: Ecommerce, Marketing or Business administration undergraduate, or 3 years equivalent working experience in agricultural sector or Field B2B Ecommerce channel marketing environment
13. Solutions oriented person and able to work proactively with a good degree of autonomy.
14. Analytical mindset, with the use of base sales data be able to summarise, identifying any trends or patterns to support future informed decisions.
15. Creative – understand how to within brand guidelines. Using various Microsoft and Adobe tools, be able to create basic flyers and bulletins suitable for deployment to our dealer network.
16. Good proof reading and copy writing skills.
17. Organised and structured. Deliver projects and tasks on time. Can manage own workload and understand priorities. Ensuring you have what you need to complete your tasks and meet deadlines.
18. Motivated by a challenge with a can-do attitude. There is an opportunity for the right candidate to have autonomy in this role.
19. Great communicator with strong team ethic.
20. Good presentation skills.
21. Advanced Microsoft Excel working knowledge is mandatory.
22. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Such as Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Outlook etc
23. Fluency in English, both written and Oral is mandatory.
24. Occasional travel within the UK may be required.
