What you’ll do
Reporting to the Senior Enterprise PMO Manager and working closely with Data Analytics Manager, the Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist will be responsible for:
* Development and maintenance of tools to support reporting requirements (Power BI & PowerApps);
* Development of new dashboards, reports, and reporting mechanisms to report on key performance indicators and provide detailed trend analysis and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders;
* Pinpointing opportunities for automation and developing tools and processes to support this;
* Data validation, identifying anomalies and data accuracy issues, and the development of solutions to improve overall reporting;
* Provide first and second line support to stakeholders from across the business, troubleshooting issues and supporting further development of tools;
* Day-to-day maintenance of the Vodafone UK Azure DevOps (ADO) Portfolio Management data repository;
* Maintain relationships with key data stakeholders across VFUK to ensure data consistency and one version of the truth.
Who you are
* Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and PowerApps
* Skilled in leveraging data analytics to transform complex data sets into compelling visuals, including dynamic charts, interactive graphs, and pivot tables, driving actionable insights and informed decision-making
* Good technical problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset with a focus on constant improvement and follow-through at all levels
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present complicated computer concepts to end-users with differing skill levels
* High level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, team-oriented environment
* An understanding or knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps is desirable
* Tooling maintenance experience is desirable
* Experience of project and programme management processes and data sets is desirable
