Your Role:
As our Customer Liaison Officer, you will be the essential link between our valued customers and our dedicated contractors. Your mission? To ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience!
Key Responsibilities:
Build personalised relationships with customers throughout Planned Investment schemes.
Ensure customers receive an outstanding service that meets and exceeds their expectations.
Collaborate with contractors to maintain ongoing communication and resolve any issues swiftly.
Gather and evaluate customer feedback to drive service improvements.
Attend and contribute to consultation events and operational meetings.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to influence and advocate for customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (2007 & 2010) and experience with housing Asset Management Systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organisational skills.
